Irene has been our travel agent for 4 years now. I have a mental block booking anything Disney. She has been there since our first trip to Disneyland with the kids, our first trip to Walt Disney World, our first Adventures by Disney, and just this summer our first Disney Cruise. She takes care of all the phone calls, changes in reservations, cancellations and postponements, and we would have gone Insane without Irene. She is easy to get in touch with by phone or email and responds really quickly. We trust her opinions and always ask for advice because she knows exactly what to do. She helps even when we are abroad and fixes issues. We look forward to many more years of bookings, and expanding outside of Disney to beach vacations with Irene!
